The secound season of The City with Whitney Port starts at MTV on the 29th september. This time Erin Kaplan, PR director of ELLE magazine joins the cast. As Whitney accepts an offer from former boss Kelly Cutrone and Olivia Palermo leaves DVF for a post at ELLE, of course they must be a lot of workplace trouble!
